At Desh and Jen's Wedding |
Being goofy at Thanksgiving |
Vegging out on the couch |
Ugh. That's basically all I really have to say about these, is 'Ugh.' And yet, this was me. At a wedding, at home for Thanksgiving, at my parents' house at Christmas.
I've got a few other pictures from around this time, and some from earlier, and they are all similar.
But, since starting Medifast, I've actually had a few decent pictures, and taken a couple of selfies.
I'm going to drop down a few lines of text and then do a reveal!

Here we go! These are from Mardi Gras, late February and early March, about 6 weeks after starting Medifast.
Hanging out with my sisters before a parade! |
This is my squid hat. There are many like it, but this one is mine. |
And finally, here's a picture from today. 9.5 weeks after starting Medifast and 51 pounds lost:
Yes, it's a selfie. In a mirror. I have no shame. |
At some point the weather will be warm enough to wear lighter clothes, and then these pictures should be a little bit more revealing. Until then, though, you get me in hoodies and sweaters.
You look great Marshall! Way to go!

DeleteWow. Great job!!!!
ReplyDeleteFantastic job! A great loss.. I'm not sure how I found your Weight loss blog~ I guess you can call me a weight loss blog reader~ I love to see where people started and how their doing! I've been on MFP for 274 days and have lost to date 60 lbs. I have more to go , like another 60 but would settle for 50 more. I hope you don't mind me reading your blog and cheering you on. I don't know how to subscribe as I don't blog myself. Good luck to you! I think Medifast is one of the hardest diets to follow. I do my own 1200 cals a day so kudo's to you!
